About us

Legion Mechanical is a family workshop at 371 W Botany St, Rockdale. Tony runs it with his son Elie. When you bring your car in, you talk to the people who work on it.

Where we started

Before Rockdale, Legion Mechanical was on the Princes Highway at Wolli Creek. Legion Mechanical Workshop Pty Ltd was registered in 2000.

When the workshop moved to West Botany Street, customers came with it. Some of them have had their cars looked after by Tony for many years.

“I have been servicing three of my vehicles at Legion Mechanical since they were located in Wolli Creek. They have moved to Rockdale and I still have stayed with them because of professional service and great customer service.”

Father and son

Tony has been the mechanic for some of his customers for a long time. His son Elie now works beside him in the workshop.

Customers often name them both. They talk about Tony's honesty, and about how Elie takes the time to explain a job in words that make sense.

“Tony is salt of the earth! The best human on the planet. Never does work that is not needed and is not greedy. Happy to help people. He has been my mechanic for ever.”

How we work

Every car is checked properly, and every job is explained before the work starts.

If something needs attention now, we tell you. If it can wait, we tell you that too. There is no pressure and no work the car does not need.
